Anindita possesses over 15 years of experience from some of the country’s top hotel chains, having consistently been a top-rated employee. She focuses on guest experience, having worked on operational management, human resources, and service creativity and innovation.

Some of the hotels she has worked at include Sterling Mac Hotel, Suryagarh Jaisalmer, Sheraton Bengaluru, Gokulam Park Kochi, and The Lalit Goa. Anindita has earned a reputation as an expert in implementing high housekeeping efficiency, service training, and optimising service performance to meet guest expectations. She has been acclaimed for her budgeting, attention to detail, and care for the environment in the hotel industry.
