The first specialised grab-and-go Pan-Asian kitchen in India, NŌDO – Ramen, Sushi, Dimsum, has recently opened in Khan Market.
The idea hits the shelves at a time when urbanites are looking for quick, high-quality meals that won’t break the bank, thanks to a trend toward convenience-led forms in the restaurant industry. Set in a prime retail and dining area of Delhi, NŌDO provides portable Asian dishes that are perfect for takeout, delivery, or quick in-and-outs.
Three main dishes—ramen, sushi, and dim sum—make up the menu. Customers can personalise their ramen bowls by selecting their preferred broth, noodles, and toppings. Among the sushi alternatives are rolls with vegetarian fillings, chicken, or fish, and the Kimchi Umami bowl is a signature dish. Among the dimsum options are vegetarian, chicken, and prawn varieties.
To keep things consistent and fresh, the brand claims its working methodology blends centralised preparation with live assembly. Sushi trays, waterproof ramen bowls, and sturdy dimsum boxes are all part of the travel-friendly packaging.
Our founder, Shivang Gupta, stated, “We built NŌDO around a simple observation—people still crave quality Asian food, but they don’t always have the time for a traditional dining experience.”
“Our belief is that NŌDO was founded by Ruhi Gupta,”Rather than merely opening a kitchen, DO is ushering in a paradigm shift in how Indians enjoy Asian cuisine.
Other densely populated urban areas catering to delivery and quick-moving consumer demand will be part of the company’s expansion strategy.
