The first Indian Morgans Originals property in Ennismore’s lifestyle hospitality portfolio, Roswyn, has debuted in Mumbai. The hotel has positioned itself as a lifestyle-led destination, offering a mix of hospitality, eating, workspaces, and wellness experiences. It is located near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.

For those staying for a prolonged period of time or travelling for business, the facility offers 109 suites with sizes ranging from 80 sq. m., all of which include living areas, kitchenettes, home bars, and specific locations for studying. An interview with Ranju Alex, CEO of Accor South Asia, revealed the company’s view of hospitality as a mirror reflecting modern city life. The launch of Roswyn, one of the Ennismore brands, represents a watershed moment in the journey to provide India with internationally acclaimed, lifestyle-focused hospitality. Not only is Roswyn a new hotel, but it is also a dynamic destination that will blend in with the city’s cultural fabric. With this launch, we are reiterating our dedication to collaborating with Ennismore to broaden our lifestyle offerings in India and provide unique experiences that appeal to today’s travellers.

Black Lacquer, a Japanese listening bar orientated around vinyl music culture, and Fi’lia, an Italian restaurant devoted to classic cuisine, are also part of the hotel’s food and drink offerings. In addition to a Technogym-powered fitness center, an infinity pool, a children’s zone, and a Blu Xone health facility, Roswyn features a social workspace named The Third Room.
