Continuing its expansion in Rajasthan and bolstering the footprint of the Welcomhotel brand in important leisure and business destinations, ITC Hotels Limited has inked a management agreement for a 140-key Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels in Jaipur, after Ayodhya.
The future hotel, which will be built in collaboration with Ashraya Hotels & Resorts, is anticipated to meet the city’s demand for leisure as well as demand from events. There is a rising need for high-end lodging and expansive event spaces, and the new hotel is set to meet that demand.
A lounge bar, an all-day dining establishment, a speciality restaurant, and guest rooms and suites will all be part of the resort. In addition to 22,000 square feet of outdoor event space, it will have over 15,000 square feet of indoor banquet and event facilities. A spa and wellness center will be one of the supplementary amenities.
Joining previous announcements in Bhubaneswar, Dehradun, and Hyderabad, this agreement is a component of ITC Hotels’ expansion strategy in state capitals.
“Jaipur represents a confluence of timeless heritage and evolving hospitality demand for premium accommodation and large format event venues,” remarked Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels Limited, as he commented on the initiative. Our goal at the Welcomhotel Jaipur is to provide an experience that is authentic to the area while also meeting the high expectations set by ITC Hotels. Our commitment to establishing a robust presence in highly visible locations is further strengthened by this signing.
“Jaipur has long been one of India’s most sought-after hospitality markets, attracting discerning travellers from across the globe,” stated Anil Agarwal, Sunil Agarwal, and Peyush Agarwal of Ashraya Hotels and Resorts. We are thrilled to partner with ITC Hotels Limited in introducing the Welcomhotel brand to this amazing city. Working together, we will raise the bar for branded hospitality in the region and provide guests with unforgettable experiences that pay homage to Rajasthan’s illustrious cultural history.
According to the company, this deal solidifies their position in the Rajasthan market and shows their commitment to growing in the country’s fast-growing hotel industry.
