USA Blueberries in collaboration with Food Bloggers Association of India held a blueberry seminar at the Twenty One Bar and Cafe of the newly opened Fairfield by Marriott hotel in Jaipur, earlier this week.
Celebrity Chef Rakhee Vaswani and Marriott’s Executive Chef Abhishek Madan demonstrated live baking in the workshop.
The workshop was attended by many food enthusiasts of Jaipur followed by a lunch and exclusive dessert display of blueberry infused Indian sweets. Commenting on the occasion, Rishabh Jain, Hotel Manager, Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur said, “Fairfield is committed to redefining meetings and events with innovations and beauty of simplicity. For this seminar, we specially curated a Blueberry themed menu.
