For a short time only, Jamavar at The Leela Palace Jaipur and The Leela Palace New Delhi have teamed up to offer a specially crafted Rajasthani menu at their respective pop-up restaurants. Guests can enjoy the restaurant’s lunch and supper offerings from April 16–19, 2026.
Jamavar is dedicated to showcasing Indian cuisine in an organised and heritage-led manner, and this effort brings regional specialities from Rajasthan to the capital. With an emphasis on regional products and time-honoured cooking methods, the menu draws inspiration from classic dishes often found in Rajasthani royal kitchens.
You can find Dal-e-Jamavar, Gatta Curry, Masala Baati with Churma, Gucchi Mutter Masala, Kofta-e-Jamavar, Dhungar Maas, and Jeera Pyaz ka Kuska among the foods that are available. Along with the meals, the menu offers a variety of drinks, some of which are signature cocktails with a regional twist.
Traditional sweet delicacies such as Ghewar, Badam Halwa, and Seviyan ka Muzaffar complete out the meal.
As part of their continuing mission to highlight regional Indian cuisines across their locations, the brand is launching a pop-up to give visitors a taste of varied culinary styles for a limited time.
