The first anniversary of Bengaluru’s Yan Yan is being celebrated with a month-long food festival. The festival will feature special meals, events to engage guests, and collaborative chef experiences. An unique six-hands dining collaboration starring Chef Kevin, Chef Choy, and Chef Tenzin is the focal point of the festivities. Crunchy Prawn in Pumpkin Sauce, Jem Jade Dumpling, and Bird Eye Egg White Seafood Soup are just a few of the chef-signature items featured on the carefully selected menu.
Desserts such as Yàn Yǎn Darshan and Black & White Sesame Balls are served after the main courses of Lamb Loin in Chilli Ginger Scallion Sauce and River Prawn in Toban Black Bean Sauce.
Chef Fu Lei of the JW Marriott Pune will be showcasing some of his distinctive dishes from July 10th through the 12th, 2026 as part of the anniversary event. During the festival, the restaurant will also be offering complimentary Prosperity Bao to customers as a dessert. Live stations serving Cantonese roast duck and dim food will be available during weekend brunches. The eatery is planning a “Roll the Dice & Win” event to keep customers entertained, with a reward waiting for each customer. Furthermore, one lucky winner will receive a lavish stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore.
