Moolakada, Kerala’s The Fern Eco Bliss Resort Moolakada, a member of the Marriott Series, is the latest addition to The Fern Hotels & Resorts’ growing portfolio in southern India.

It brings the group’s total number of current and future hotels in South India to 15, and 190 properties across the country, and it will operate under The Fern Residency, Series by Marriott brand portfolio.

The resort, which is set to open in June 2027, will provide 116 rooms and suites that are perfect for both business and leisure tourists. An all-day dining restaurant with a variety of menu items will also be a part of the property.

Hotel guests will be able to host a variety of events, from social gatherings to business conferences, in the hotel’s banquet hall and conference room.
