Running from 12th to 20th September 2025, this festival brings together the rich, coastal delicacies of Tamil Nadu and the spice-laden, fiery cuisine of Karnataka, offering diners a chance to experience two distinct culinary heritages in one evening. From aromatic curries and freshly ground spices to age-old family recipes, guests can discover the timeless cuisines that have made these regions iconic in South Indian gastronomy.

The specially curated buffet offers a delightful journey through authentic regional flavours. Guests can savour traditional favourites from Tulunadu and Tamil Nadu, such as Kori Chicken Tawa Ghee Roast, Anjal Rava Fry, and Chicken Chettinad, alongside Karnataka classics like Bangude Pulimunchi, Jaddi Meenu, and, again, Kori Chicken Tawa Ghee Roast. To end the meal on a sweet and satisfying note, a selection of indulgent desserts awaits, featuring Akki Thambittu, Ponsa Payasa, Moong Dal Payasa, and the classic Mysore Pak, perfectly complementing the vibrant flavours of the festival.
