Guests at the Wedding Showcase 2026—hosted by Novotel Mumbai International Airport and All For Love by Accor—included engaged couples and their families as well as wedding planners, representatives from high-end companies, and hospitality industry experts.

The purpose of the event was to highlight the hotel’s event and wedding planning services by staging a live-action simulation of a traditional Indian wedding ceremony and reception. After the aarti and tika ritual, guests were welcomed with a red carpet arrival and dhol performances.

Impressive ceremonial ghodis, wedding drummers, and baraatis were part of the simulated bridal procession, which gave guests a taste of the joyous occasion.

The outside areas were decorated in a Haldi style, while seven of the property’s ballrooms and function facilities were turned into various wedding-themed locations. Throughout the event, there were committed wedding experts on hand to answer questions and offer advice on everything from venue choice and décor to catering and guest experiences.

Ozone Events, Royal Decorators, CaratLane, Wedding Saga, Sonal Studios, Raaj Gharana, KALKI Fashion, Lakmé, and a host of other luxury and wedding products were also present at the exhibition.

In keeping with the hotel’s emphasis on tailor-made wedding banquet experiences, the event also featured a culinary showcase with vegan options alongside regional, Indian, Asian, Continental, and Mediterranean fare.
