Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS) has completed the acquisition of InnKey, a hospitality technology platform located in India. It is believed that InnKey’s global enterprise hospitality market footprint, especially in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, will be enhanced by this acquisition.
With its integrated platform that handles guest engagement, financial accounting, food and beverage, procurement, and front desk operations, InnKey is helping over 500 hotels in India at the moment.
This is what InnKey was created for, according to Viral Shah, Founder & CEO of InnKey: “To help operators manage increasing complexity as they scale,” by centralising hotel operations on one platform.
We can now assist larger, multi-property hotel groups in new areas, and reach a broader worldwide customer base, thanks to our acquisition by Yanolja.
A number of hotel chains are already using InnKey’s platform. These include Accord Hotels & Resorts, Pride Hotels Group, The Orchid Hotel Group, Treat Hotels & Resorts, and The Fern Hotels & Resorts. When it comes to managing many properties, the platform has also been connected with Marriott International’s systems.
The transaction, which the firms say is based on an existing cooperation, will not affect existing clients or projects, they say. The unified platform’s goal is to provide hotel chains with centralised and integrated technological solutions to their operational problems.
