With the acquisition of Inder Residency Resort & Spa Udaipur’s owner, Seasons Hotels Private Limited, for a sum of Rs 171 crore, Chalet Hotels Limited (CHL) has broken into the Rajasthan market. On its 8.2 acres, you’ll find 144 rooms, grounds, and banquet facilities perfect for weddings, meetings, conventions, and leisure trips. In the future, CHL intends to transform the property into a high-end or premium lifestyle destination after acquiring it. While the hotel is being renovated, the company is also looking at possible expansion and adding more rooms to their inventory.

The decision is in line with CHL’s expansion strategy, which aims to focus on high-growth leisure locations, develop assets, and create long-term value.
