Ananta Hotels & Resorts has expanded into Uttarakhand with the announcement of Ananta Elite, Dehradun. The 100-room facility is set to open in March 2027 in Tehsil Vikasnagar, Dehradun district.

The hotel, which is part of Apple Valley Hospitality Services’ asset-light expansion strategy, will be run by a management contract. Catering to leisure travellers, families, social gatherings, and corporate retreats, the facility will offer banquet facilities, restaurants, a spa, and other guest amenities.

The location is now more connected than before thanks to the Delhi-Dehradun motorway, which opened up access from the National Capital Region and Punjab. Vikasnagar is conveniently located near several famous sites, such as Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Haridwar, and the Char Dham circuit, thanks to its position at the base of the Shivalik range.
