The Leela Gandhinagar has strengthened its senior leadership team by bringing on board three highly accomplished and experienced industry professionals.

Chef Sandeep Yadav, who has more than 15 years of varied culinary experience in the hospitality industry and brings with him a unique style of uncomplicated, fresh, contemporary, inspired and innovative approach to delivering memorable culinary experiences, has been appointed as the Executive Sous Chef. An alumnus of the National Council For Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Pusa, he was last associated with Pride Jaipur as Executive Chef. He has also worked with other hospitality chains such as Marriott International and Shangri-La.     Saikat Roy Choudhury has been appointed as the Executive Housekeeper. An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata, Saikat is a seasoned housekeeping professional with an experience of more than two decades. He was last associated with Mysk by Shaza in Muscat as the housekeeping manager. Saikat has worked with Hyatt and other hospitality chains in Mumbai, Kolkata, and Goa.     The Leela Gandhinagar has also appointed Anjali Sisodia Mutha as the Training Manager. She was last associated with IMS People Possible as the lead corporate trainer. A graduate in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM, Ahmedabad, and an MBA from ICFAI University, she has worked with Taj Hotels, Oblu by Atmosphere in Maldives, Adani Realty, and The Fern in a career of over 10 years.     Speaking on the additions to the senior leadership team, Jaideep Anand, Vice President and General Manager, The Leela Gandhinagar and Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Centre, said, “The new team members bring with them a diverse national and global experience and a positive attitude.
