Curated by Chef Sravani, the week-long festival invites guests to embark on a gastronomic voyage where every dish reflects the warmth of home kitchens, treasured family recipes and the vibrant culinary traditions of Telugu culture.
The specially crafted festival menu showcases an indulgent spread of regional favourites from the tangy Nellore Chepala Pulusu and Andhra Kodi Vepudu to the indulgent Ulavacharu Mutton and iconic Gongura Mamsam. Guests can also savour coastal delicacies like Royyala Iguru, relish the rustic charm of Natu Kodi Pulusu and enjoy beloved vegetarian classics such as Gutti Vankaya Kura and Pesarattu with Upma. The culinary journey concludes on a sweet note with traditional delights like Pootharekulu and Ariselu, handcrafted to celebrate the essence of Telugu heritage.


Adding to the celebrations, The Hebbal Cafe will host an exclusive Trilogies of Telugu Cuisine Sunday Brunch on 12th July 2026, bringing together an indulgent spread of regional favourites in a lively afternoon setting. Guests can savour a live Pesarattu station, Andhra Chicken Curry, Kodi Vepudu, Royyala Vepudu, Pulihora and the much-loved Gongura Mutton, recreating the warmth and nostalgia of a traditional Telugu family feast. Designed to capture the essence of leisurely Sunday gatherings, the brunch offers an opportunity to relish authentic flavours while enjoying an inviting and vibrant ambience.
