Her illustrious career has seen her contribute significantly to renowned international hotel chains such as Hyatt, Accor, Hilton, and IHCL, where she consistently earned acclaim for her outstanding contributions.

Shantla holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Marketing and Human Resources. This showcases her extensive knowledge of marketing communication strategies, digital and social media marketing, public relations, and media management. Prior to joining JW Marriott, Shantla worked at Conrad Bengaluru, where she created comprehensive marketing campaigns, established brand associations, and oversaw media and PR activations.

As the Director of Marketing and Communications, Jain is responsible for leading the development and execution of extensive marketing campaigns, building meaningful brand partnerships, and overseeing media and public relations efforts at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa and Mulberry Shades Bengaluru Nandi Hills A Tribute Portfolio Resort.
