Concurrent with the completion of the company’s three years of operations, Monday Hotels has strengthened its foothold in Hyderabad by acquiring three additional Lemonridge by Monday Hotels locations.
A total of 129 rooms will be added to the company’s portfolio by the three new hotels situated in Kukatpally, IDPL Balanagar, and KBHB Colony. In addition to meeting spaces, the hotels will have catering kitchens and bars.
Monday Hotels now owns eleven properties in three different states—Maharashtra, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh—with a combined key count of over five hundred.
Across from JNTU College and in close proximity to a metro station and LuLu Mall is Lemonridge by Monday Hotels, Kukatpally. The IDPL Balanagar is situated close to a major commercial and industrial area in Hyderabad, whereas the KBHB Colony is a hotel that provides access to the neighbouring business areas thanks to its location near Nexus Mall.
An integrated platform for revenue management, distribution channels, guest engagement tools, business intelligence, and operational automation is what Monday Hotels uses to run their technology-enabled hospitality management platform.
It is a proud milestone for all of us at Monday Hotels to complete three years of operations,” commented Mitesh Kadam, Co-Founder, Monday Hotels, on the development. Our hotel owners, partners, and guests have shown their confidence and trust by helping us grow our portfolio to eleven properties with more than five hundred keys. A scalable, tech-enabled hospitality platform that maximises profit for asset owners while delivering excellent guest experiences is our long-term objective, and our growth in Hyderabad is in line with that.
Partnering with Monday Hotels is a smart step to maximise our hospitality assets’ potential, according to V. V. Narayana, owner of Lemonridge Hotels. You will find them to be a great partner for sustained growth due to their technology-driven operational style, strong commercial capabilities, and demonstrated knowledge in hotel management.
As it approaches its fourth year in business, the company plans to maintain its growth strategy centred around strategic alliances and an expansion without heavy investment in new assets.
