The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) plans to significantly impact the Outbound Travel Mart (OTM) 2025, scheduled for January 30 to February 1, 2025, at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. By participating, KTO demonstrates its commitment to strengthening relationships with the Indian travel industry and promoting South Korea as a must-visit destination for Indian travelers.
“Our presence at OTM 2025 marks a strong kickstart to an exciting year ahead. It is a valuable opportunity for our Korean delegation—comprising 10 Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and Airline partners—to connect with key travel professionals in India, share Korea’s diverse tourism offerings, and inspire more Indian travellers to explore our beautiful country. Through initiatives like this, we aim to strengthen our partnerships and create memorable journeys for Indian tourists,” said Mr Myong Kil Yun, Regional Director, India & SAARC Countries, Korea Tourism Organization (KTO).
KTO India’s strategic initiatives for 2025 will play a crucial role in further strengthening its presence and showcasing Korea’s diverse offerings. These efforts include joint marketing promotions, FAM trips, digital marketing campaigns, multi-city roadshows, and continued participation in prominent industry events like OTM.
At OTM 2025, KTO will showcase a broad spectrum of experiences, from luxury and Hallyu (Korean Wave) to unique culinary adventures and MICE opportunities. The KTO Booth will be a one-stop platform for networking, business discussions, and exploring tailored Korean travel packages throughout the three-day event. These initiatives will strengthen partnerships, enhance Korea’s presence in the Indian market, and increase the number of tourists arriving from India in 2025.
