Introducing Jyoti Mishra, General Manager of Hyatt Place Bhopal. Associated with the property since its pre-opening phase, Jyoti leads the hotel’s operations with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences for both business and leisure travellers while upholding the brand’s standards of operational excellence.

With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Jyoti specialises in pre-opening operations and positioning properties for long-term success. Her focused approach to quality standards, guest satisfaction, and building high-performance teams has enabled her to drive operational efficiencies across the hotels she has been associated with. Her strong understanding of hospitality trends and evolving guest expectations makes her a valuable asset to the Hyatt family.

Jyoti joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2015 as a Front Office Manager and has since held multiple leadership roles across Hyatt hotels before being appointed General Manager. Prior to leading Hyatt Place Bhopal, she served as General Manager at Baale Resort Goa and Hyatt Place Dhaka Uttara.

She began her hospitality career with Taj Hotels in 2006, progressing from Front Office Assistant to Assistant Operations Manager over nine years.
