A regional culinary festival showcasing the traditional cuisine of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, Culinary Treasures of Moradabad is taking place at ITC Grand Central.
At Hornby’s Pavilion, the hotel’s all-day dining venue, guests may enjoy a three-day festival that showcases buffet and à la carte meals that highlight recipes that have been handed down through many generations. Some of the vegetarian and non-vegetarian options on the menu are Kathal Ki Tikki, Machi Tikka, Murgh Hariyali Tikka, and Dhaniya Paneer Kebab. Some of the main courses on the menu include Dal Biradri, Shalgum Ka Qorma, Gobi Mussallam, Paneer Kadha Masala, Jinga Tamatar, and Gosht Aloo Qaliyan.
Hara Mattar Ka Pulao and Murgh Moradabadi Biryani, two regional rice dishes, will be featured at the event. The former is famous for its mild spices and the latter for its unique regional flavour profile. Desserts like Gujiya and Mewe Ki Phirni are typical options for guests to enjoy after a dinner.
