Highlights from the menu include:

  • Kaapi Craft Highball – A refreshing highball inspired by South India’s coffee estates, layering the rich aroma of kaapi with bright, easy-sipping lift.
  • Kaarigar’s Sour – A vibrant, citrus-forward sour that celebrates nimbu and balance—zesty on the nose, smooth on the finish.
  • Gur Crafted Old Fashioned – A classic reworked with jaggery (gur), bringing warmth, depth and rounded sweetness to an iconic serve.

Ideal for an after-work unwind, the festival invites Bengaluru to explore modern Indian mixology—crafted to spotlight the smooth character of Paul John Nirvana with a distinctly local twist.
