Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru proudly presents FSheroes: Breaking Boundaries with Every Flavour & Art, celebrating culinary and artistic brilliance at CUR8, the hotel’s dynamic all-day dining destination. Launching in March, the latest Edition of FSheroes pays homage to India’s trailblazing women chefs and renowned female artists, weaving together a month-long tribute to innovation, artistry, and the spirit of womanhood through the powerful mediums of food and art.
This unique collaboration between home chefs and artists celebrates creativity in its most multifaceted form. Through their culinary masterpieces and evocative artworks, both groups offer an intimate glimpse into their individual journeys of womanhood—each narrative steeped in resilience, passion, and identity, expressed through their work.
The Curated by CUR8 exhibition, running from March 1-15, will showcase the imaginative creations of Shravani Dang, whose artwork is inspired by the intricate patterns of flora and fauna, alongside Rangoli Garg, whose paintings explore the hidden emotions of Indian womanhood. Additionally, Onjali, a globally celebrated artist, will present her figurative, abstract, and icon paintings, influenced by her time at Visva-Bharati University, Shantiniketan, and the National Institute of Design.
“At Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, we have always championed bespoke experiences, celebrating artistic innovation and gastronomic excellence,” shares Biswajit Chakraborty, General Manager. “This March, as we celebrate International Women’s Day, we also honour the seamless union of art and aroma, recognising the extraordinary women shaping the future of both realms. Food and art are more than sustenance; they are stories, legacies, and bridges connecting generations.”
While the art exhibition adds a delightful blend of culture and creativity, the culinary showcase celebrating home chefs underscores the hotel’s unwavering commitment to honouring women who have nurtured communities, preserved traditions and redefined excellence from their kitchens.
It begins on March 6-8 with Lata Khatri, a passionate home chef from Rajasthan and the visionary behind Lata Ki Rasoi. Her small venture specialising in handcrafted pickles and murabba has blossomed into a celebrated culinary enterprise, showcasing over 40 authentic Rajasthani dishes. In the week of March 13-15, FSheroes spotlighted Sutapa Baruah, the visionary behind Himur Heshel in Kolkata—a humble cloud kitchen that evolved into a thriving restaurant fueled by resilience and culinary passion.
Yogta Yaji will delight guests at CUR8 from March 21-22. As the creator of The Saras Table, she offers a unique community dining experience in Goa. Here, guests enter her home to discover Saraswat cuisine, learning its nuances while savouring an intimate, home-cooked feast. The celebration culminates with Anjali Ganapathy, Founder and Chef at Pig Out: A Coorg Kitchen Story, who will pay homage to Coorgi cuisine from March 27-29 using traditional recipes passed down through generations to deliver an authentic taste of Kodagu’s vibrant culinary legacy.
Sheroes and Breaking Boundaries offer their menus during lunch and dinner at CUR8, along with a buffet spread.
