Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a Gateway in Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru. This is a brownfield project.
Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “Bengaluru is among India’s leading lodging markets with Yeshwantpur as a key commercial micro-market. The addition of the reimagined Gateway brand in Yeshwantpur reinforces IHCL’s presence in North Bengaluru. The construction of this joint development project is expected to be completed in 24 months. Strengthening our partnership with Satish Shetty of Naveen Hotels, this signing represents our third hotel through this association.”
The 283‑key Gateway Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru will feature an all‑day diner, a specialty restaurant, a bar and lounge and a pool bar. It will offer versatile spaces of approximately 13,000 sq. ft., including two large pillarless banqueting halls along with multiple meeting rooms. Guests can also explore the state-of-the-art fitness centre and swimming pool.

Bengaluru, known as the Silicon Valley of India, is a dynamic hub and one of the country’s fastest‑growing cities, driven by its thriving IT ecosystem and entrepreneurial energy.
With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 21 hotels in Bengaluru, including 12 under development.
