Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Sandeep Singh as Vice President of projects, effective May 2025. With almost three decades of extensive experience in delivering world-class hospitality and infrastructure developments, Mr. Singh brings a strong legacy of leadership, innovation, and operational excellence to the team of Encalm.

In his new role, Mr Singh will lead the implementation of Encalm’s expansive projects, including
premium airport lounges, five-star terminal hotels, inflight catering kitchens, wellness zones, and
curated retail experiences. He will be responsible for cross-functional teams, consultants, and
contractors to ensure seamless execution aligned with brand standards, budget targets, and timeline
commitments.

Formerly, Mr. Singh held senior leadership roles at esteemed organizations such as Prestige Group,
ITC Hotels, Taj Hotels, and Royal Orchid Hotels. Notably, he directed the development of India’s
largest hotel (Under Construction of Marriott International 779 Keys at Aerocity, Delhi). His portfolio
also includes luxury, commercial, and mid-scale projects such as the ITC Amritsar (Punjab First LEED
Platinum-certified hotel), Vivanta Dwarka, and Guwahati.

Known for his expertise in MEP integration, design management, and regulatory compliance, he has
consistently driven excellence from concept to handover. His deep understanding of both greenfield
and brownfield developments across geographies positions him as a leader in shaping future-ready
hospitality spaces.

Working at Percept Chuo Senko as a Senior Executive, he led the nationwide implementation of the
Hero Honda retail identity program, standardizing brand presence across dealerships. Before that, at
Paragon Construction, he oversaw institutional projects like the Embassy of Qatar and National Gene
Bank, ensuring quality control and seamless services coordination. These formative years
strengthened his technical foundation and execution capabilities, laying the groundwork for his
future leadership in large-scale hospitality developments.
