The 15th Convention India Conclave (CIC) 2026, supporting the India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB) and the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, will be held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi from August 19th to the 21st, 2026.

Delhi Tourism and the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) are hosting the event in conjunction with the Ministry of Tourism. The “Powering the Future of Innovation” theme will guide the conclave’s discussions as it zeroes in on important subsets of the MICE sector, such as incentive travel, exhibits, association conferences, and corporate gatherings.

In addition to 75–100 exhibitors, the conclave is anticipated to draw 350–400 delegates, including purchasers from around the world, according to ICPB. An expo, industry workshops, panel discussions, and scheduled B2B meetings will all be part of the program.

Innovations in meeting technology, evolving expectations for corporate incentive trips, and the interplay between the exhibition and conference industries are some of the subjects that will be covered during the event. It is anticipated that there will also be keynote speakers from throughout the world.

Those involved in India’s convention and meetings industry will be able to voice their opinions and discuss the sector’s future at the summit, according to ICPB. The event coincides with the bureau’s efforts to promote India as a top worldwide convention destination.

With the 15th edition coming to a close, the organization hopes to celebrate a watershed moment by convening influential members of the MICE ecosystem.
