Beginning on 1 October 2025, travelers arriving at Bintan Resorts via the International Ferry Terminal must complete the All Indonesian Arrival Card. This free digital form combines immigration, customs, and health declarations. Travelers must fill it out online within 72 hours before arrival and will receive a QR code to present at immigration. This simplified process streamlines entry and makes access to Bintan even smoother for Indian travelers

Adventure seekers can trek to Mount Bintan, explore rainforest trails or take ATV and UTV rides across rugged landscapes. Water sports range from jet skiing, cable skiing and more at Crystal Lagoon – Southeast Asia’s largest artificial seawater lagoon. The newly added UTV Komodo ride at Lagoi Bay further expands the choice of activities, offering scenic trails and thrilling experiences for travelers.
For a slower pace, guests can enjoy stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking in the calm waters of Lagoi.
