An exciting new culinary series called The Masters has been unveiled by Raffles Jaipur. This series features limited-edition collaborations with chefs and culinary experts. Arkaa will host the first-ever event on July 10 and 11. In this first occasion, we welcome celebrity chef Vicky Ratnani and Raffles Jaipur’s executive chef Jaydeep Patil for a four-hand feast. The five-course meal incorporates Ratnani’s Sindhi cooking style and Arkaa’s ethnobotanical perspective.

Regional foods and culinary traditions will take center stage on the cuisine, which draws inspiration from the indigenous and nomadic civilisations linked to Rajasthan. Guests may expect a wine list tailored to the dishes on the menu as well as drink pairings made with traditional spirits, herbs, and spices.

Throughout the course of the event, guests will also get the chance to speak with the chefs. As part of Raffles Jaipur’s culinary calendar, the event will take place over two evenings at Arkaa and will have restricted seating.
