In preparation for the next monsoon travel season, EkoStay has launched new properties across Karnataka and Maharashtra, adding to its inventory of professionally managed private villas. Nashik, Wada, Igatpuri, Lonavala, and Chikmagalur are some of their newer properties. Among the properties encompassed by the extension are Vana Mora in Nashik, Wada Crest in Wada, Casa Elara in Igatpuri, Casa Bella in Lonavala, and Forest Cube Villa in Chikmagalur.
The acquisitions are in line with the company’s growth plan in the markets for nature-based vacations and drive-to leisure locations. Private pool homes, hill villas, forest getaways, and large-format group stay properties are all part of the inventory. The Maharashtra home Wada Crest has three bedrooms, a private pool, and outside areas, while the Igatpuri mansion Casa Elara has five bedrooms with views of the hills in the distance. With its 10,000 sq. ft. yard and recreational facilities, Casa Bella in Lonavala is perfect for larger gatherings and celebrations. In the Karnataka region, EkoStay has entered the Chikmagalur experiential tourism industry with Forest Cube Villa.
“In recent years, we have witnessed a very noticeable change in the way people travel, particularly during monsoon and short leisure breaks,” stated Varun Arora, CEO & Co-Founder of EkoStay, when discussing the growth. Modern vacationers aren’t interested in cookie-cutter hotels; they want something more personal, engaging, and meaningful. The states of Maharashtra and Karnataka are booming as vacation destinations due to their convenient location, stunning landscapes, and high demand from tourists all year round, particularly those living in cities who are seeking short but significant getaways. Our goal in developing accommodations such as Casa Bella, Casa Elara, Wada Crest, and Forest Cube has always been to provide guests with an unforgettable stay that is rich in local flavour, exquisite design, seclusion, and comfort. From tranquil countryside hideaways to lavish celebration villas, every piece of real estate has its own distinct character. We are making an effort as a company to provide a collection of products that are more like an adventure than a checklist.
The need for private villas that are managed by experts has grown in recent years, according to Husain Khatumdi, Managing Director and Co-Founder. Modern guests are looking for more than just opulence; they want dependable service, consistent operations, and well crafted hospitality experiences. Our growth plan is to construct a high-quality villa ecosystem in areas that we believe have great leisure potential in the long run. We are confident that the future of hospitality is centred around providing guests with highly customised stays while upholding rigorous operating standards.
