Located on the outskirts of Bengaluru, close to the Hesaraghatta grasslands, Our Native Village Eco Resort is a sustainability-focused property that Himalia Prime Assets Private Limited has purchased in its entirety. The acquisition enhances the company’s expanding wellness hospitality portfolio and signifies its entrance into Bengaluru’s hospitality market.

The acquisition is in line with Himalia Prime Assets’ objective of investing in environmental and wellness destinations, according to the company. Jupiter Capital is a private equity investment firm that supports Himalia Prime Assets. Revenue growth, improved operating margins, and robust returns on investment are all things the firm hopes the resort can help achieve.

On three of the property’s four and a half acres, there are twenty-four keys; another 1.65 acres are set aside for possible future development. In order to improve the resort’s infrastructure and increase the number of keys from 24 to 40, Himalia intends to spend ₹25 crore over the course of the next two years. The resort’s day-to-day operations are being handled by the company’s partner, Niraamaya Life.

“We have always believed that the future of hospitality lies in experiences that bring people closer to nature, to local culture, and foster a sense of genuine wellbeing,” commented Vamsi Sai, Chief Executive Officer of Himalia Prime Assets Private Limited, in response to the acquisition. With its deep roots in the environment, emphasis on promoting health and sustainability, and dedication to providing genuine experiences for guests, our Native Village Eco Resort is the perfect addition to Himalia’s expanding collection of properties that embody these principles.

Himalia has expanded its hospitality portfolio with the acquisition of three resort properties in Kerala. These properties join its previous holdings in Kovalam and Kumarakom. Wellness resorts, branded villas, farmhouses, plotted subdivisions, and private clubs are all part of the company’s expansion ambitions for South India in the next years.
