Jayanti Seth is now the Assistant Manager – Learning & Development at the Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar. With an emphasis on staff involvement, service quality, and departmental professional advancement, Seth will spearhead the hotel’s learning and development programs in her new position.

With a background in HR and L&D, she is a specialist in areas such as training, employee engagement, people development, and company culture.

Seth has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Delhi Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, as well as a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Human Resource from AIHM, Chandigarh.
