With the announcement of its cooperation with Himalia Prime Assets Private Limited, Niraamaya Life has expanded its experience hospitality portfolio in India and entered the Karnataka market. Located in the Greater Hesaraghatta Grassland Conservation Reserve, the planned property is about 35 km from Bengaluru. This project is part of Niraamaya Life’s larger growth strategy in India’s luxury leisure and wellness hospitality category and is their first in the state of Karnataka.
Villas and cottage suites at the resort are crafted to give a stay focused on nature. Private plunge pools, outdoor jacuzzis, and furnishings influenced by local art and architecture will be available in some of the rooms.
