Wayanad, Kerala’s Tree of Life resort has been officially signed by Indian Hotels Company (IHCL). The brand’s debut in the state is marked by this brownfield project. Wayanad is quickly becoming a prominent leisure destination in India, according to Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development at IHCL. “As travel preferences continue to develop towards more immersive, nature-led stays, Wayanad is emerging as a significant destination… Rooted in genuineness and a profound appreciation for location, Tree of Life brings its unique, experience-driven style to this location. With this deal, the brand is entering the Kerala market for the first time, reflecting its strategy to grow in promising leisure areas. Located on more than four acres, the 55-key Tree of Life Wayanad offers breathtaking views of Banasura Lake and the surrounding scenery. A pool, spa, and restaurant serving food all day are just a few of the resort’s recreational and therapeutic amenities.
