The Global Association of Events & Hospitality Professionals (GAEHP) concluded another successful edition of LeapTrip 6 – Solan Experience at the beautiful Chillaru Spa & Resort, offering members a refreshing retreat amidst nature, peace, and tranquility.

Bringing together hospitality and event professionals from across India, the exclusive getaway was designed to encourage networking, knowledge sharing, and meaningful bonding in a serene hill destination during the summer season.

Set amidst the picturesque hills of Solan, the experience featured a comfortable two-night stay at Chillaru Spa & Resort, located on Oachghat Nagali Road, Himachal Pradesh. The property impressed participants with its artistic aesthetics, warm hospitality, and immersive nature-inspired ambiance.

The trip commenced with a grand welcome on May 10, followed by lunch and an engaging property tour showcasing the resort’s scenic beauty and thoughtfully curated spaces. The evening unfolded with soft music, informal conversations, and memorable interactions with the resort owner, Ajay Sood, and his son, Anirudh Sood.

Members also enjoyed trekking experiences and relaxing moments surrounded by the soulful beauty of the hills. A major highlight of the trip was the cultural interaction session, where participants learned traditional pahari dance steps with the team of Chillaru Resort, creating memorable moments of bonding and local cultural engagement.
