SaltStayz Autograph Rishikesh is the company’s first foray into leisure travel, introducing its premium ‘Autograph’ brand to a top spiritual and wellness destination in India.

New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, and the Chandigarh-Mohali region are some of the business travel sectors where the hospitality organization is presently active. Launching this, SaltStayz hopes to attract more experience-led tourists and broaden its reach into leisure destinations.

The 38-key hotel is situated in the heart of Rishikesh, close to famous sites like Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula as well as Triveni Ghat and Parmarth Niketan Ashram. Activities centred on health and relaxation, including yoga, guided spiritual walks, bike excursions, and quiet areas for meditation, are central to the hotel’s marketing. It also has a Moti Mahal location that serves vegetarian food only and is open all day.

The wellness-led trend is becoming more apparent in Rishikesh, as visitors are looking for more immersive and experience-driven vacations, according to Gaurav Gupta, co-founder of SaltStayz. We have been seeing a steady demand from our current clientele for comparable offers in leisure areas, even though SaltStayz has historically focused on the business travel segment. We have launched our Autograph category in Rishikesh in response to this transition, which reflects both our expanding plan and the changing preferences of our consumers.

There has been a meteoric rise in the desire for vacations and spiritual journeys since the pandemic. Additionally, wellness has become an important consideration for leisure visitors when deciding where to go, Gupta noted.

As part of its strategy for long-term growth, SaltStayz intends to further expand across India through its Autograph portfolio.
