Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Farzana Ali Khan as Director of Rooms. With over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Farzana brings a strong track record of operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team leadership. In her new role, Farzana will work closely with the senior leadership team to further elevate the guest experience, strengthen operational frameworks, and uphold the brand’s commitment to delivering seamless, memorable stays.

Farzana will oversee all aspects of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping and other ancillary departments across both properties.
Farzana has previously been associated with some of the most prestigious names in the hospitality sector, including The Oberoi Grand Kolkata, The Leela Palace Bangalore, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar and most recently, Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. Over the years, she has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive guest engagement, optimise revenue through strategic upselling and build high-performing teams aligned with brand standards.

Farzana is an award-winning hospitality professional, recognised with The Hotelier India Award for Young Hotelier of the Year 2023 (Luxury to Upper Upscale) and recognised with the CEO Award at The Oberoi Group. Known for her strong operational acumen, keen attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to service excellence, she consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences and drives high-performing teams.
