Arts Room, New Delhi’s experiential global cuisine destination, announces a special one-day collaborative brunch with Pune’s acclaimed dining concept FARRO on Sunday, March 29. Bringing together two distinct culinary philosophies rooted in storytelling and craft, the brunch will feature Chef Vardaan Marwah, the culinary force behind FARRO, presenting a thoughtfully curated Mediterranean menu that celebrates heritage grains, bold flavours and contemporary interpretations.
For this exclusive brunch, guests can expect a vibrant, share-style menu featuring dishes such as Atom with creamy yogurt and chili, Muhammara with yellow bell pepper and pomegranate, Ezme with roasted peppers and charred pineapple, and house-made breads like Simit and woodfired Pita. Larger plates include Shakshuka with poached eggs, Dohra Kebab with Middle Eastern spices, Sumac Chicken, and Charred Gongura Prawns, culminating in a unique dessert of Xocolatl with dark chocolate and miso. The menu reflects FARRO’s signature style—progressive, globally inspired, yet deeply comforting.
FARRO, a premium dining concept inspired by the ancient grain of the same name, is built around the idea of culinary storytelling—where every dish reflects a journey across cultures, from the Mediterranean to South Asia. Chef Vardaan Marwah, who has honed his craft at globally celebrated kitchens including Gaggan, ROOH, and alongside Suvir Saran, brings a deeply personal approach to food—layering memory, technique, and innovation into each plate.
At the heart of this collaboration is the Arts Room, known for seamlessly blending art and gastronomy. Designed as a layered, ever-evolving space inspired by a French living room and a Parisian courtyard, Arts Room offers a dynamic dining experience where menus evolve alongside art exhibits. Helmed by Executive Chef Parth Saxena, an alumnus of The Oberoi Group, the restaurant champions locally sourced ingredients while reinterpreting global cuisines with creativity and precision. Chef Parth’s deep appreciation for art, music, and travel resonates in every dish, positioning food as the first art form at Arts Room.
Speaking on the collaboration, Randeep Bajaj, Founder, Arts Room, shares, “At Arts Room, we have always believed that dining should be immersive, where art, culture, and cuisine come together to create something memorable. This collaboration with FARRO and Chef Vardaan brings a fresh narrative to our space, blending storytelling-led cuisine with our evolving artistic canvas.”
Adding to this, Aman Talreja, co-founder associated with FARRO, says, “At FARRO, food is not just about flavour but about creating memory-led experiences. Collaborating with the Arts Room allows us to bring together two spaces that value immersive dining.”
This one-day brunch promises to be an intersection of cuisine and culture, offering Delhi’s diners a rare opportunity to experience FARRO’s distinctive culinary narrative within the vibrant setting of the Arts Room.
