The experience unfolds with interactive live stations, featuring a vibrant Chaat counter serving Pani Puri in Saffron, Mint, and classic flavours, a sizzling Tandoor Grill with Paneer Tikka, Chicken Kebabs, and colourful Chutneys; and a dedicated Bhatkal speciality station showcasing coastal flavours. The main course highlights India’s regional diversity—from Awadhi biryani with Saffron Rice, Dal Makhani, and Butter Naan from the North to vegetable stew with appam and bisibele bath from the South. Guests can also savour Luchi with Aloo Dum and Mustard Fish Curry from the East and Dal Baati Churma with Goan Prawn Curry from the West, bringing together flavours from Kashmir to Kerala on a single plate. The brunch also features Tricolour Specials like Spinach & saffron pulao and Paneer malai kofta, finishing on a sweet note with Tricolour Sandesh, Coconut & Mango Panna Cotta, and Saffron Phirni.
