Georgia remains open and excited to welcome Indian friends. The country’s visa process is designed to be fair and efficient. And, to ensure a smooth journey for all travellers, GNTA reminds the applicants to carefully follow the official guidelines.

These must include:

• Photograph (passport size) meeting Georgian e-Visa photo requirements
• Passport scanned in a single PDF (only Bio pages)
• Mobile Number and email ID. (Aadhar Linked Mobile no.)
• Aadhar Card
• Financial Proof – Bank Statement (Last 6 months) in PDF format unedited, ITR of the last 3 years and Pan card
• If you have been sponsored, then a Bank Statement of the person who is sponsoring, Proof of Relationship and Sponsorship Letter signed by the sponsor
• Evidence of sufficient funds to support your stay in Georgia
• Proof of employment from your employer
• Travel/ Health Insurance
• Hotel bookings, Tickets and detailed itinerary
  Georgia is visa-free for Indian passport holders if you have a US, UK, Schengen or Japan visa.

GNTA encourages Indian travellers to plan ahead and ensure all documents are in order before applying. It is recommended that the travellers use only official platforms for information and application.

Additionally, visitors must be able to present all the required documents at the Georgian state border to gain hassle-free entry. These would include:

• Travel Document/Passport
• Printed copy of e-visa (if applicable)
• Document proving purpose of travel
• Flight tickets (return)
• Proof of accommodation
• Travel and health insurance
• Document proving sufficient financial means.
