Tyde, a new all-day dining place influenced by art, atmosphere, and the natural poetry of water, is unveiled by THE Park New Delhi, a renowned venue for crafting unique hospitality experiences.

Tyde gracefully transitions from lively breakfasts and corporate lunches to relaxed afternoon chats, cocktail-led evenings, intimate dinners, and after-dark parties, all in keeping with its design concept of responding to the daily rhythm. In the same spirit of adaptability, the menu features handcrafted coffee, wood-fired pizzas with Asian flavours, small plates, and a sophisticated à la carte experience perfect for both casual weeknight dinners and special occasions.

The interiors are influenced by Jantar Mantar’s geometric design and India’s long-standing connection to water, which represents movement, reflection, and change. An elevated, expressive, and atmospheric atmosphere is achieved by the use of sculptured forms, rich textures, deep indigo tones, and warm brass accents.

The restaurant’s focal point is Mohd. Intiyaz’s sculpture Dar Badar. The piece, which echoes Tyde’s design language of movement and fluidity, brings a powerful visual vitality to the room with its rhythmic shapes and brass construction. Within the Ocean and Fragments of Ocean, two textile works by Hansika Sharma, adorn the interiors. The sea’s textures and depths serve as inspiration for the multi-layered designs that incorporate embroidery, zari, beads, mirrors, and metallic embellishments.

Tyde is a vibrant and modern dining spot in the middle of Connaught Place, and we are thrilled to announce its debut,” stated Priya Paul, chairperson of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels. We have always held the belief that our hotels should be more than just locations to stay. We want them to be spaces where art, design, music, culture, and gastronomy come together to create experiences that are Anything But Ordinary. We were pioneers in the luxury boutique hospitality industry in India. In a new and original way, Tyde continues that philosophy.

“Tyde brings refined dining and dynamic food concepts to the heart of the city,” shared Parag Sahwney, general manager of THE Park New Delhi. With an eye for detail that ensures an elegant yet captivating dining experience, a dedicated kitchen staff has crafted meals that draw inspiration from a wide range of tastes and contemporary takes on old favourites. Stylish eaters and world travellers will find a vibrant community at Tyde.
