Marking 90 years of unwavering commitment to exceptional hospitality and talent development, The Oberoi Group proudly unveils an employment and skill development programme that embodies the Group’s legacy of nurturing talent with a focus on technical and soft skills and continued education.

 RISE (Refine and Invest in Skill Enhancement Programme) aims to provide education, training, and guaranteed hospitality careers to young individuals from diverse backgrounds. 

 With RISE, The Oberoi Group extends its dedication to nurturing talent and empowering communities. By 2025, RISE will on-board 1,800–2,000 trainees annually, training them in Food & Beverage Service, Kitchen Operations, Front Office, Housekeeping and Laundry. 

 The selection process will be conducted by leading skilling institutes, including Job Plus, the Hospitality Skill Council (THSC), and the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).

 This initiative celebrates The Oberoi Group’s storied history while addressing the evolving needs of the hospitality industry. Over nine decades, The Oberoi Group has been synonymous with world-class hospitality, cultivating talent, fostering innovation, and driving positive societal impact.

 The RISE programme offers more than just technical training; it provides participants with life skills and the confidence to excel in their careers. Trainees will receive comprehensive mentorship and hands-on experience at some of The Oberoi Group’s finest hotels, ensuring their growth aligns with the organisation’s standards of excellence. Participants of the RISE Programme will also receive remuneration as they begin a rewarding career with an opportunity to learn, develop and grow within the hospitality industry and beyond.
