Los Angeles is the only US destination to have a DMO in India. The India office is one among LA’s six international offices.

India holds such vast potential for Los Angeles and appointing a full-time PR & Comms resource to convey messaging regarding all the tourism activity in Los Angeles is a natural evolution of our commitment to the market,” stated Seema Kadam, Regional Director, India for Los Angeles Tourism.

Prior to LA tourism, Lakshmi worked with Indiva Marketing, handling PR for various international tourism boards and luxury hotels.

Lakshmi is a postgraduate in PR and corporate communications from the Xavier Institute of Communications, Mumbai.
