Bhaduri, Deep, is now the Senior Sales Manager (Head of Sales) at the Fern Residency Sarnath in Varanasi. After attending the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) in Shillong, Deep earned a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree. He has a background in many areas of sales, including corporate, meeting, incentive, leisure, account management, and sales planning for the hospitality industry.

He was the Radisson Jaipur City Center Associate Director of Sales before coming to The Fern Residency Sarnath. Additionally, he has experience managing sales for many Holiday Inn Express facilities in his role as Cluster Sales Manager. He has worked as a sales and marketing executive for Clarks Hotel Varanasi and a senior executive at the Radisson Resort Goa Baga.

Corporate, banquet, MICE, leisure, contracts, and hotel sales are all areas in which Deep has worked before.

Deep is moving up the sales ladder at the hotel and will be responsible for revenue planning, customer interaction, and new business growth.

Managing the property’s sales operations and commercial development initiatives in the Varanasi market is the emphasis of the assignment.
