A subsidiary of SAMHI Hotels Limited, SAMHI Skyline Private Limited, has reached an agreement with Ingka Centres India Private Limited to construct a luxury hotel with about 162 rooms as part of Ingka Centres’ forthcoming mixed-use development in Noida.

The project, which is a part of a larger development covering around 2.5 million square feet, is planned to be a prominent landmark in Noida, with the goal of enhancing its position as a business and tourist center in the Delhi NCR area. Ingka Centres’ Meeting Places concept—which combines retail, leisure, and community-led experiences—will incorporate the hotel.

Aligning with SAMHI’s aim of collaborating with institutional partners, the collaboration brings together Ingka Centres’ worldwide development knowledge and SAMHI’s operating platform. The hotel is anticipated to enjoy high exposure and robust captive demand due to its mixed-use ecosystem location.

Using SAMHI’s capital-efficient, long-term variable leasing model, the project will be carried out. Interior fit-outs will be funded by SAMHI, while Ingka will take care of developing the building’s framework and essential infrastructure. An unnamed international brand will run the show at the hotel.
