Rooftop eatery The Persian Terrace at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, which has city vistas and décor inspired by the Middle East, offers a new drink menu.
The goal of the revamped beverage program is to bolster the hotel’s food and drink offering with a range of speciality drinks that highlight balanced flavours, high-quality ingredients, and modern presentation.
Rooftop dining at the Persian Terrace now features a more curated cuisine to match the restaurant’s illuminating ambiance, panoramic views of Bengaluru, and inviting outdoor seating.
Mahsa Royale, a new addition, is a combination of tequila, saffron cordial, citrus, and a light beer foam for garnish. Darius Oak showcases whisky that has been infused with ajwain and jalapeños, whereas Sumac Qaris blends vodka with sumac and orange flower.
Amber, a cocktail that combines dark rum, espresso, and caramel vanilla froth, and Safra, a mixture of gin, clarified mango, and grapefruit, are two more standouts.
The introduction is a reflection of the hotel’s ongoing commitment to elevating guest experiences through culinary and beverage concepts that are led by the destination. Premium urban hospitality continues to see rooftop venues as a significant market, especially for social eating and nighttime entertainment.
The Persian Terrace is a popular spot for both hotel guests and city dining at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway.
