For two exclusive Friday evenings in June (19 & 26 June 2026), Neo Kitchen becomes the intimate stage for Executive Chef Owaize Khan and his culinary team, presenting a thoughtfully curated tasting menu that reimagines French technique through a deeply local lens. From a mini Mysore Gougère, Nori Khakhra with Avial Mousse to a Seabass Meunière with Mangalore Gassi Emulsion, Chicken Ballotine with Chettinad Duxelles and a closing mini madeleine with saffron sugar—every course is a dialogue between two great culinary worlds.
