The Karnal-based Lemon Tree Hotels have signed Keys Prima, according to a release from Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The franchise model will govern the operation of the property. This expansion brings the total number of hotels in the company’s Haryana portfolio to thirteen, with eleven currently open and two more in the planning stages.

In addition to 50 guest rooms, the future hotel will have a restaurant, banquet and conference rooms, a pool, a fitness center, and more. Visitors to the city for business, transit, leisure, or social purposes are the target demographic for this property.

The signing was announced by Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd.’s managing director, Neelendra Singh, who stated: “Karnal’s strategic positioning along the heavy-traffic Delhi-Chandigarh commercial highway makes it an essential addition to our Haryana portfolio, taking our footprint in the State to 13 hotels.” Many people travel to Karnal for business, social, and leisure purposes, and they all look for consistent, branded lodgings because of the city’s central location. With this signing, we can take advantage of the high-volume demand along the GT Road corridor and continue to expand our multi-brand presence in Haryana’s key growth areas.

The hotel is about 4.2 km from Karnal Railway Station and about 127 km from Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport.

In India, the company plans to expand into regional and transit-driven markets, and this signing is a step in that direction.
