At a time when multigenerational travel continues to shape luxury hospitality trends globally, JOALI Maldives, the first and only art-immersive resort in the Maldives, has announced their Summer Camp 2026 programme, running from 1st July to 31st August 2026 that goes beyond traditional kids’ clubs. Set against the backdrop of the Island of Joy, the immersive summer experience offers opportunities for families to engage directly with internationally acclaimed artists, athletes and culinary talents, transforming a summer holiday into a journey of shared learning and inspiration.
From contemporary sculpture and heritage crafts to chocolate artistry and Olympic-level athletics, Summer Camp 2026 transforms JOALI Maldives into a vibrant hub of creativity, culture and discovery. Throughout July and August, guests will have the opportunity to engage with an exceptional line-up of talent, including French multidisciplinary artist Aurélie Hoegy, whose work explores the forms, textures and movement found throughout the natural world and is known for the iconic JOALI Hammock at JOALI Maldives. Other artists include Latvian ceramic artist Laima Laurina, Maldivian heritage craft specialist Hidhana Latheef, double Olympic gold medallist boxer Nicola Adams OBE, master chocolatier and pastry chef Melissa Coppel, and contemporary Maldivian artist Raya Mansoor, recently recognised in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia.

Complementing these exclusive residencies is an extensive programme at Muramas Kids Club, where children aged 4 to 12 can participate in everything from Little Chefs, polaroid photography workshops, tie-dye sessions and DIY mosaic art to laser tag, traditional Boduberu drumming workshops, stargazing, tennis clinics, archery and sustainability-focused Eco Heroes experiences.
Whether discovering the intricacies of traditional Maldivian craftsmanship, training with an Olympic champion, creating artwork inspired by island life or learning the art of chocolate-making, every experience has been designed to spark curiosity, encourage creativity and foster meaningful connections.
Located in the pristine Raa Atoll, JOALI Maldives is renowned for redefining luxury through immersive art, experiential hospitality and bespoke family experiences. Home to interactive artworks, the JOALI Art Studio & Gallery, Muramas Kids Club and the newly refreshed JOALI BEING Cure wellness concept, the resort continues to offer travellers experiences that go far beyond a traditional island escape.
With Summer Camp 2026, JOALI Maldives further strengthens its position as one of the region’s most compelling destinations for luxury family travel, where creativity, culture and connection come together to create memories that last long after the holiday ends.
