In April 2026, Infinity Karthik, a mind and performance coach, hosted a three-day retreat at Bengaluru’s Kshemavana Naturopathy and Yoga Center called the Sales and Profitability Transformation Retreat. The retreat was organised by Infinity Enlight Club. Confidence, visibility, and long-term personal development were the primary goals of the retreat’s organisers in creating it for professionals and company owners. The program drew about 30 people.

Confidence in one’s photographic abilities and one’s unique brand were important themes of the retreat. Before participating in professional styling and a photoshoot, participants attended a workshop taught by an image consultant that covered topics such as professional appearance, attire, and presentation.

Before going on camera, participants in the programme went through a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) process designed to help them overcome self-doubt and limiting beliefs. After that, they learned how to communicate effectively on camera, which allowed them to make professional-looking photos, videos, and elevator pitches.

In order to improve one’s communication abilities and online visibility, there were additional workshops on podcast production and hosting. Acupuncture, water yoga, conventional yoga, meditation, and sattvic diet were also part of the wellness-focused activities included in the retreat.

Participants improved their self-assurance in public speaking and created content assets as the retreat came to a close.
