At the Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre, the GITB 2026 gets underway on April 27 with a bang and a purpose. Dignitaries including Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari, Bhuvnesh Kumar, Commissioner Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, Rukmani Riar, Past President of FICCI, Jyotsna Suri, and others formally launched the event, which would be devoted to building meaningful connections.

The promoters of GITB 2026 claim that the event will showcase heritage, culture, wellness, wildlife, and rural experiences, among other tourist segments, and that more than 10,000 B2B meetings between Indian vendors and international buyers will take place during the event. According to Jyotsna Suri, mentor of the FICCI Tourism Committee, GITB is proof of the power of long-term public-private partnerships and keeps India at the top of the world’s tourist map.
