Delhi Airport will launch India’s first luxury bus service linking Noida and Greater Noida, a move designed to ease airport-city transfers for corporate travelers, MICE groups and FIT itineraries. Operated with FlixBus, the service is positioned as a premium, round-the-clock option that plugs a long-standing last-mile gap for NCR programs. For the trade, this creates a reliable, bookable asset that reduces ad-hoc vendor dependence and improves schedule control on arrival and departure days.

The coaches are specified for comfort and duty-cycle reliability. Amenities include reclining seats, USB charging, CCTV surveillance, ample luggage space and trained onboard crew. Live operations are supported by real-time tracking, which helps dispatch teams time pick-ups, coordinate multi-stop itineraries and manage late-night landings. The airport operator DIAL under the GMR Aero-led consortium is framing the service as a link between air travel and urban mobility that can cut private-car dependence and support sustainability goals.

Routing has been planned to touch major catchments. Indicative stops include Sector 16, Botanical Garden, Golf Course Road, Gaur City, Jaypee Wishtown and Pari Chowk. Depending on traffic, the journey time of about two to three hours allows planners to stack meetings or hotel check-ins with greater confidence than fragmented cab chains. For series movements, advisors can align room allotments and banquet timelines with fixed coach schedules and reduce the risk of staggered arrivals.

Booking workflows are straightforward. Seats can be reserved online via the FlixBus app and website, and through partner platforms such as RedBus, MakeMyTrip and Paytm. Airport counters at Terminals 1 and 3 will support on-ground sales and changes, while designated boarding points across all terminals simplify group handling. This omnichannel setup lets TMCs and DMCs keep issuance inside their existing flows and capture margin on a transparent, pre-priced add-on.

Operational reliability is the core value-add for trade partners. A single brand-standard fleet with 24×7 coverage lowers failure rates during disruptions and gives tour-leader teams a predictable curbside experience. Corporate travel desks can write cleaner policy notes that prefer pre-booked coaches for late-night arrivals and solo-women travel. For meetings and incentives, the ability to block seats and track buses in real-time helps keep agendas tight and reduces overtime exposure with hotels and venues.

Leadership messaging underlines the intent. Videh Kumar Jaipuriar, CEO, DIAL, has framed the partnership as a step toward integrated, low-carbon airport access. Surya Khurana, MD, FlixBus India, has highlighted international-standard vehicles and support systems that raise service quality for Indian passengers. For the trade, the takeaway is simple. A predictable, premium airport-city connector now exists, and it is easy to package inside NCR itineraries. Load it into rate cards, script it as the default transfer for late flights and publish clear inclusions so clients understand the comfort and safety premium.
